What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in diagnostics, repairs, and reconditioning.
• Comfort working on a variety of makes and models.
• Pride in accuracy and craftsmanship.
• A team player who knows how to move fast when it’s go-time.
• ASE certifications are a plus—but your SKILL > paper.

Familiarity with Automotive Repair Information Systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Full-spectrum reconditioning: brakes, suspension, electrical, drivability—you name it.
• Using advanced diagnostic equipment & software.
• Working with a crew that values doing things the right way.
• Delivering vehicles back to the road in better shape than they came in.

We make this simple! You follow a full company-provided checklist. If it fails our standards, you fix it. No waiting for customer approval. No warranty hassles.

Examples:

• Brakes <5mm/40% (rotors automatically turned)
• Tires <5/32” / 40% (automatic alignment)
• Battery fails load test → Replace it! (.3 just for a load test! .6 if you have to charge)
• Oil → Always change it! (We pay .5 because we understand service light reset.)
• Air filter dirty → Replace it!
• Lights out → Replace it!
• CEL / SRS → No vehicle leaves with this! Diagnose and repair! (1.5 Min On Diag)
• TPMS → Fix it!
