Automotive Technician – $35/Hour + Production Bonuses

AAMCO Milwaukie is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team.

Compensation

• Starting pay: $35.00/hour
• Monthly production bonuses

What You'll Do

• Diagnose drivability and mechanical concerns
• Perform engine repairs, timing chains, head gaskets, engine replacements, and other major mechanical repairs
• Remove and install automatic, manual, and CVT transmissions
• Perform drivetrain and powertrain repairs with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Complete vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations
• Maintain detailed repair documentation and high workmanship standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Proven experience with engine repair, transmission R&R, and major mechanical repairs
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• ASE certifications are preferred
