Automotive Technician/Mechanic

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various automotive systems, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, brake services, and tire rotations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Repair or replace automotive electrical systems components as needed.
• Utilize hand tools and powertrain equipment to complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs and repair options.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems, including powertrain components.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment specific to automotive repair.
• Familiarity with automotive electrical systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is a plus but not mandatory.
