Automotive Technician/Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance. This role requires proficiency in using power tools and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Automotive Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that vehicles are safe and reliable for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and necessary repairs.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Utilize power tools effectively to execute repairs and installations on various automotive parts.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to the powertrain and other vehicle systems. .
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Have your own tools and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in using power tools and equipment commonly found in automotive shops.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification from an accredited automotive program is preferred but not required.
• A valid driver's license is necessary for this position.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
