Duties

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
• Conduct repairs on powertrain components, transmissions, and other mechanical systems with precision and efficiency.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machines to execute repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Service vehicles by replacing parts, performing oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and ensuring overall vehicle safety standards are met.
• Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical systems and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
• Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating procedures, and communicate repair findings clearly to customers.
• Collaborate with team members on vehicle inspections and ensure adherence to dealership quality standards for automotive repair.

Experience

• Proven dealership or service center experience as an automotive technician or mechanic is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions, and diesel engine repair.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance procedures including wheel alignment, engine repairs, and component replacements.
• Demonstrated ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic devices effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.

Pay: $20.50 - $23.50 per hour
