Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-delivery inspections
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance
• Complete advanced system diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Perform road tests to verify concerns and confirm repairs
• Repair and service both foreign and domestic vehicles
• Monitor repair times and communicate updates to service advisors
• Maintain strict standards for vehicle care and dealership policy
• Stay current with technical bulletins and emerging vehicle technologies

Physical Requirements

• Ability to enter and exit various vehicle types
• Ability to stand for extended periods (5–8 hours daily)

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE Certifications (strongly preferred)
• Experience with advanced diagnostic equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using smartphone and desktop applications
• Must own personal tools
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
• Bilingual is a plus
• Proven experience servicing both imports and domestic vehicles
