Automotive Title Clerk / Receptionist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk / Receptionist to join our fast-paced wholesale automotive team. This vital role combines front-desk customer service with automotive billing responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, and ensuring accurate processing of billing transactions. Duties

• Greet customers warmly, answer phone calls professionally, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments using proper phone etiquette
• Prepare and process automotive titles for billing.
• Perform data entry for vehicle and title transactions with high accuracy, including automotive billing and vehicle inventory management.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and updating vehicle and customer records in our software system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in administrative tasks ; experience in automotive billing is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette in an office environment.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in all transactions

Pay: $16.94 - $20.00 per hour
