Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for car sales and customer service, with a strong ability to engage with customers, promote products, and drive sales. As a Car Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming shopping environment while ensuring that customers receive exceptional service. Having Car Sales experience is a must.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable items.
• Maintain merchandising standards by organizing product displays and ensuring shelves are stocked appropriately.
• Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
• Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions accurately and assist with pricing strategies.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via phone or in-store communication.

Skills

• Proven experience in Car sales with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Having car knowledge.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to perform merchandising tasks and maintain an organized sales floor.
• Experience in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customers.
• Previous supervising experience is advantageous for leadership roles within the team.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
