AV Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AV Coordinator to manage audiovisual operations, support events, and ensure seamless technical delivery. This role requires strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate setup, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment for events and projects.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage inventory of AV equipment and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide technical support during live events, meetings, and presentations.
• Troubleshoot AV issues and implement timely solutions.
• Prepare reports on equipment usage, performance, and project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s safety and technical standards.
• Recommend upgrades and improvements to enhance AV capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Technology, Communications, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in AV coordination, event support, or technical services.
• Strong knowledge of audiovisual systems, equipment, and software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AV management tools.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
