AV FOREMAN REQUIRED

REPORTS TO: Electrical Supervisor / Maintenance Engineer

JOB SUMMARY:

The Foreman Audio-Visual is responsible for supervising the installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of audio, video and control systems. He leads Audio Video Technicians to ensure high quality system performance, smooth daily operation and timely maintenance execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supervise daily audio-visual installation, maintenance and operational activities.

· Lead AV technicians.

· Assign task to AV technicians and monitor individual performance.

· Oversee installation of AV systems.

· Oversee installation sounds systems & projectors.

· Oversee smart TV.

· Ensure correct set up and calibration of AV system.

· Troubleshoot AV system and provide technical support to AV technicians.

· Coordinate AV support during meeting, events and VIP function.

· Ensure proper cable management and rack installation.

· Maintain preventive and corrective maintenance records

· Coordinate with electrical team for support

· Diagnose faults and restore the system in quickest time.

· Ensure high quality of audio and video during operation.

· Conduct daily system inspection as per manufacturer recommendation and actual site requirement.

· Ensure to update the firmware and software as deemed required.

· Supervise annual maintenance contractor.

· Follow safety standards

· Follow organization policy

· Coordinate with other maintenance section at site as deemed necessary.

· Review annual maintenance contractor monthly report

· Maintain update spare part list at site

· Maintain all failure call

· Submit monthly technical and financial report to electrical supervisor or maintenance engineer.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERINCE REQUIRED:

- Diploma in electrical or electronics engineering

- On job training certificate by lead AV manufacturer

- Minimum 7 years practical experiences in AV system maintenance

- Age below 30 years.
