Job Title: AV Support Engineer
We are looking for a skilled
AV Support Engineer
to manage, maintain, and support audiovisual systems across meeting rooms, event spaces, and collaboration environments. The role focuses on ensuring seamless AV operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing reliable support for internal teams and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment including displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, cameras, and conferencing systems.

Perform routine system checks and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Support video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, and Webex.

Provide on-site and remote technical support for meetings, corporate events, and live sessions.

Assist with AV system upgrades, integration projects, and coordination with vendors.

Provide end-user training, maintain system documentation, and manage AV inventory.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Audio Engineering, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in AV support or a similar technical role.

Strong knowledge of AV systems, conferencing technologies, and basic networking.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
