This is a full-time on-site role for an AV System Consultant at Sonic Electronics located in Saudi . The AV System Consultant will be responsible for retail sales, customer service, communication, sales, and relationship building in the B2B sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with key retail partners to drive B2B sales of AV products, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand trends and customer needs, utilizing insights to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to retail clients, showcasing the benefits and features of AV solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with retail partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with retail customers and drive lead generation.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to retail partners, addressing any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and product innovations to position the company as a thought leader in AV technology.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and promote the company's AV solutions within the retail sector.
- Train and support retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques, empowering them to effectively promote AV solutions.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and utilize data analytics to adjust strategies and improve overall sales effectiveness.
- Experience in managing AV products, including AV mounts, brackets, IT solutions, cables, and accessories.
