AV Technician (Audio Visual Technician / LED Screens / Sound Systems / Event Technician)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on AV Technician to join our growing events and digital experiences team in Doha. If you have experience working with LED screens, sound systems, lighting setups, and live event production, this is a great opportunity to be part of exciting corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, and large-scale activations across Qatar.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow in the events and entertainment industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up, operate, and dismantle audio-visual equipment for live events
• Install and test LED screens, projectors, speakers, microphones, and lighting systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues during events in real time
• Support event production teams with on-site technical execution
• Ensure all equipment is safely installed and functioning correctly
• Assist with loading/unloading and equipment transport when required
• Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of AV equipment
• Coordinate with event coordinators and clients on technical requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an AV Technician, Sound Technician, or Event Technician
• Knowledge of audio systems, video systems, and LED display setups
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure
• Physically fit and able to handle equipment setup and dismantling
• Basic understanding of electrical and signal connections
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
