AV Technician / Sound Engineer

How does your working day look like /strong> /p>

Responsibilities:/strong> /p>

• Event Setup:/strong> Set up and configure audio-visual equipment including microphones, speakers, projectors, screens, and lighting systems in event spaces throughout the hotel./p>

• Technical Support:/strong> Provide on-site technical support during events to troubleshoot and resolve any audio-visual issues promptly./p>

• Sound Mixing and Control:/strong> Operate sound mixing consoles and audio equipment to ensure optimal sound quality during events. Balance audio levels and adjust settings as needed./p>

• Video Support:/strong> Set up and operate video equipment such as projectors, monitors, and cameras for presentations, video conferencing, and other visual needs./p>

• Collaboration:/strong> Collaborate with event planners, organizers, and hotel staff to understand event requirements and provide tailored AV solutions./p>

• Equipment Maintenance:/strong> Maintain and inventory AV equipment, ensuring that all devices are in good working condition. Coordinate repairs and replacements when necessary./p>

• Customer Service:/strong> Provide excellent customer service to guests and event organizers, addressing their audio-visual needs and ensuring a positive experience./p>

• Adherence to Standards:/strong> Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and industry regulations related to audio-visual equipment and operations./p>
