Position Title:
AVEVA MES Consultant – Test Writer / System Test Analyst
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled AVEVA MES Consultant (Test Writer / System Test Analyst) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test documentation to validate the functionality, performance, and compliance of the AVEVA MES system. You will play a key role in ensuring that MES solutions meet stringent pharmaceutical industry standards (FDA, GMP) and support efficient, compliant manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts aligned with system requirements and specifications.
- Conduct System Acceptance Testing (SAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across AVEVA MES environments.
- Document and track all test results, report issues, and manage defect resolution through Jira.
- Collaborate closely with functional, development, and validation teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Validate system configurations, integrations, and data flows between AVEVA MES and related systems (e.g., SAP).
- Ensure all test activities adhere to regulatory standards (FDA, GMP) and internal quality procedures.
- Provide detailed test progress updates, quality metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
- Support troubleshooting efforts by analyzing test outcomes and identifying root causes of issues.
Required Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of AVEVA MES functionality, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in the MES domain within pharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of writing and executing test cases for SAT, SIT, and UAT phases.
- Proficiency in Jira for test case management, defect tracking, and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with SAP manufacturing-related modules and their integration with MES systems.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience working in regulated (GxP) environments.
- Exposure to other manufacturing systems (LIMS, DCS, ERP, etc.) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
