This is a specialized transcription role for pilots, air traffic controllers, and aviation enthusiasts. You'll work with real-world ATC and pilot audio recordings, turning complex, fast-paced radio communications into high-quality transcriptions that directly train aviation AI.

What You'll Do

Transcribe real-world Air Traffic Control (ATC) ↔ pilot audio recordings with precision

Label speakers, callsigns, instructions, and pilot responses accurately

Capture aviation terminology, abbreviations, and standard phraseology correctly

Complete task-based assignments on your own schedule

You don't need to be a professional transcriptionist — but you do need to genuinely understand aviation radio communications.

Key Qualities
