About The Role
We're building next-generation AI systems for aviation and autonomous flight — and we need people who actually understand the skies to help us do it.
This is not generic transcription work. We're looking for pilots, air traffic controllers, student pilots, and serious aviation enthusiasts to transcribe real-world ATC and pilot radio communications with the precision and domain knowledge that only comes from genuine aviation experience.
Your work will directly shape AI systems that support aviation safety and autonomy. If you've spent time on the radio or listening to live ATC feeds, this role was made for you.
