Aviation Graphics Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking to add a full-time team member to join our company. This role involves hands-on work designing, producing and shipping aviation graphics, along with general shop responsibilities. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in high-quality work.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the design, production and shipping of aircraft graphics and decals
• Operate printers, plotters, and other graphic equipment (we will train)
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work closely with a small team to complete projects on time
• Follow safety and quality standards, especially in aviation environments

Qualifications:

• Graphics experience (vinyl, printing, signage, etc.) is a plus but not necessary
• Aviation experience is a plus but not necessary
• Candidates with either background are strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work with your hands and stand for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, great work ethic and a sense of humor are mandatory.
