This is a full-time on-site role for an Aviation HR Manager based in Lahore. The Aviation HR Manager will handle strategic HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance within the aviation domain. They will oversee the creation and implementation of HR policies, foster a positive workplace culture, and collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

• Experience in HR management, personnel management, and recruitment processes
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance standards, and labor laws
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and manage performance evaluations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools
• Prior experience in the aviation and travel sector is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
