Required:

The contractor shall provide Aviation Resource Management support to assist with the management analysis for all operational and administrative aspects of the Air Resource Tool Enterprise Mission Information System (ARTEMIS).

Contractor shall provide maintenance and administration of assigned database(s).

Advises leadership on report products to determine program adequacy and accuracy, trends, and recommends corrective actions as required.

Assists with all Standard Systems Group modifications.

Serves as user administer for any additional systems that interface with ARTEMIS, to include but not limited to personnel, finance, medical, and maintenance programs.

Contractor shall support development of go-no-go reports and conducts pre-mission and post-mission reviews; records aircrew and aircraft flying hour data; advises on aviation service actions for attached and assigned flying personnel as it directly affects mission accomplishment and safety of flight. Contractor shall track medical readiness for assigned personnel.

This position is expected to provide recurring briefings and reports to unit leadership on status of assigned personnel and readiness. When tasked, the contractor shall perform ancillary administrative readiness tasks such as coordinating with unit deployment personnel to ensure accuracy of mobility-related data, validating personnel readiness information reflected in aviation and mobility systems, and assisting with routine documentation required to support deployment preparation activities.

This position requires routine development of error free administrative documents. A preferred qualification is at least one year of prior experience as a Unit Deployment Manager (UDM).
