Receiving, reviewing, and handling new losses.
Liaising with key stakeholders such as insurers, brokers, insured and retained experts.
Undertaking site visits to investigate and assess the cause/circumstances of the claim and the extent of damage.
Producing written reports identifying scope of damage.
Negotiating and agreeing with key stakeholders to bring claims to a timely and equitable resolution.
Other duties as required and as instructed by Branch Manager.
Background as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, Accident Investigator, and/or Pilot.
Knowledge of the independent claims adjusting business through significant experience in claims adjusting or aviation-related fields.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to prepare accurate written reports for technical and non-technical clients.
Thrive in a busy team environment with accountability for your own caseload.
Experience managing multiple priorities and conflicting demands while delivering quality and excellence.
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
Licensing and Qualifications:
Must have or attain an appropriate state adjuster license upon joining.
Degree level education or equivalent and/or A&P licenses (desirable).
