Business Development
To prepare the Business Development plan and oversee all elements of Marketing and Customer Relationship activity to ensure alignment and achievement of objectives for refrigerant & bulk chemicals. ? Marketing Strategy & Research
Analyse market segmentation (Geographically, Industry and Customer, Product). ? Ensure efficient & effective marketing, advertising & promotional planning through the Marketing Department. ? Competitor and market analysis. ? To develop & manage the contact strategy to best develop leads from new & existing customers. ? To understand marketing research & analysis & product recommendations to ensure all business development activities are optimized.

Customer Relationship Management
Building & maintaining strong relationship with customers – to drive increased volume of Value Added products. ? Creating Global Brands
Product promotion through trade shows / exhibitions & customer visits & presentation. ? Execute packaging designs consistent with a determined communications hierarchy and a global style guide. ? People Management
Build and lead an effective and cohesive management team. ? Responsible for assessing training needs and ensuring that the relevant level of training, development and coaching is available to all team members. ? ? Ensure all activities under his/her control and supervision are compliant with all the laws of land and statutory requirement. ? Review Compliance Status and take necessary action to mitigate any non-compliance as identify. ? Conduct all operation of function, ensuring social responsibility and accountabilities by following the company guideline of the same. ? Review activity under control and take action to make the same sustainable as per the company sustainability principle. ? Be responsible for ethical operation under his control. ?
