1. Administration & Facilities Management ∙ Supervise all campus administrative functions, including office management, logistics, security, and housekeeping. ∙ Ensure smooth campus operations through optimal facilities and infrastructure planning. ∙ Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards.
2. Procurement & Vendor Management ∙ Develop and enforce procurement policies and procedures. ∙ Oversee procurement of services and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. ∙ Build and manage vendor relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations
3. Investment & Budgetary Oversight ∙ Collaborate with finance for planning and monitoring operational budgets and institutional investments. ∙ Provide inputs for capital expenditure and infrastructure expansion planning. ∙ Ensure optimal resource utilization aligned with institutional growth.
4. Strategic Operations & Institutional Compliance ∙ Develop SOPs to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. ∙ Monitor regulatory and statutory compliance across operational functions. ∙ Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for operational alignment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

  • Adivaram Pudupadi, Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
