Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic AVP Product Manager to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of NetSuite ERP across the organization. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise in NetSuite, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across departments including Finance, Business Analytics, and External Affairs. The AVP Product Manager will serve as a strategic partner in enhancing CPC’s business intelligence and operational efficiency through NetSuite and related systems.

The ideal candidate will be versatile, hands-on and technically skilled to support the successful implementation, configuration, maintenance and support of various applications across the organization.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation, including system setup, data migration, integration, and validation.
  • Administer and maintain NetSuite post-implementation, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
  • Administer and maintain other systems as required, McCracken Strategy, Concur, and SmartCapital.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Business Analytics teams to align NetSuite and other solution functionality with business processes and reporting needs.
  • Develop and manage dashboards, workflows, and customizations within NetSuite to support strategic initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users; create user guides and documentation.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve usability and efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain IT-related invoices, vendor payments, and departmental budget, including coordination with finance teams, reconciliation of expenses, and oversight of procurement and billing workflows.
  • Ensure data quality and continuity across all software applications and business lines.
  • Serve as a key liaison between IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
  • Support ad-hoc or special projects as needed.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP systems implementation and administration, with at least 3 years focused on NetSuite.
  • Proven track record in managing complex system rollouts and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret large data sets and translate into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and building consensus across diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with financial systems, GL platforms, CRM, HRIS, and project management tools.
  • Experience with McCracken Strategy or equivalent commercial loan servicing systems (e.g., StrategyCS, Strategy 2.0), including investor reporting, portfolio management, and financial data integration.
  • Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.
  • Knowledge of impact tracking and external reporting for capital and partnership initiatives.

This is a hybrid role where you will work from the Manhattan office two – three days a week. The salary range is $125,000 – $145,000, dependent on experience.
