AVP/Content Marketing Officer

As the AVP, Content Marketing Officer, you will shape our brand voice and lead the development of content across digital and traditional platforms. As an AVP, Content Marketing Officer you will:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify content needs across departments.
• Write, edit, and publish high-quality content including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and print materials. Work with external content creators and agencies when needed.
• Optimize content for SEO and digital performance. Support marketing campaigns with targeted and personalized content assets.

Flexible Location (Requires training in Warsaw followed by weekly onsite availability)

Basic Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field required.
• Five or more years of marketing, graphic design and/or copywriting experience required.
• Knowledge of graphic design platforms and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, required.
• Project management skills including ability to develop content and work through approval processes.
• Understanding of bank procedures and policies.
