Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified lawyer with 2 years of post-qualification experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with international clients, particularly in the areas of citizenship and residency by investment, corporate law (with a strong focus on mergers & acquisitions and contract drafting), real estate, and foreign investment advisory. This position offers the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment on a wide range of high-profile and cross-border matters.

Requirements:

• Law degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience as a practicing lawyer in a reputable law firm or legal practice
• Proven experience in citizenship and residency by investment programs, corporate and commercial law (including mergers & acquisitions and contract drafting), real estate transactions, and legal advisory services related to foreign investments and company formations
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required
• Appreciation for and enjoyment of working in a culturally and professionally diverse environment
• Valid driver’s license
