We are seeking a talented legal associate to join our expanding Litigation Department , specializing in Contracts and Administrative Law . This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious legal professional to develop expertise in contracts and administrative law while working with leading national and international clients.

Location: Sarıyer, İstanbul

Requirements

• LL.B. degree from a reputable university (LL.M. or MA degree will be considered as a plus),

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Contracts and Litigation,

• Excellent command of written and verbal legal English is must,

• Strong research, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail,

• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple matters simultaneously,

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with excellent communication skills.

• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts,

• Knowledge of administrative law, especially knowledge of tender legislation,

• Experienced in administrative cases and dispute resolution processes

• Conducting comprehensive legal research and preparing memorandum, legal opinions, and reports,

• Assisting senior lawyers in negotiations, hearings, and client meetings.
