Your Job Description

• Own and drive AFH (Away From Channel) channel sales targets and overall performance
• Develop and expand the AFH channel by identifying new customers, segments, and business opportunities
• Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities across products, channels, and customers
• Lead the execution of AFH channel activities including promotions, activations, and field operations
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth and effective execution
• Manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners
• Conduct regular customer visits and actively engage in the field
• Support and grow AFH biggest customers within the channel
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience or strong capability in sales development, business development, or commercial roles
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, ownership-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
