About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer with deep expertise in both AWS and Azure cloud platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support application development, DevOps, and IT operations in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.

Create and manage CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates, or Bicep.

Deploy and manage virtual machines, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), databases, storage, and networking in the cloud.

Monitor performance, availability, and security of cloud systems using tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.

Implement and enforce cloud security best practices, IAM policies, encryption, backups, and DR strategies.

Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to implement DevOps and GitOps practices.

Perform cost optimization, tagging, and usage monitoring across AWS and Azure environments.

Assist in migration of on-premises applications to the cloud (lift-and-shift, refactoring, or hybrid approaches).

Keep up with industry trends and recommend new cloud services or improvements to existing systems.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience working with both AWS and Azure platforms.

Strong hands-on experience with EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM (AWS) and VMs, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Virtual Network, NSG, AAD (Azure).

Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM.

Solid understanding of networking, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, and VPNs in cloud environments.

Knowledge of security best practices, including compliance standards like HIPAA, SOC2, ISO27001, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Azure Solutions Architect

Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud deployments.

Familiarity with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes / EKS / AKS).

Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and cloud-native security tools.

Experience with monitoring/logging tools like Splunk, Datadog, ELK, or Azure Log Analytics.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
