AWS DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AWS DevOps Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure, automate deployment pipelines, and ensure high availability, security, and scalability of applications hosted on AWS. The ideal candidate will collaborate with development and operations teams to implement CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Automate infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)
• Configure and manage EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch
• Perform system troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies
• Implement security best practices and cost optimization
• Collaborate with developers to improve deployment workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with AWS services
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
• Experience with Terraform / CloudFormation
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python)
• Understanding of networking concepts (VPC, DNS, Load Balancers)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
• Knowledge of Git version control
