Role Summary

The AWS Developer is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native applications on Amazon Web Services. This role involves building scalable solutions using AWS services, automating infrastructure, ensuring security and compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cloud Development & Deployment

• Design, develop, and deploy applications on AWS using services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, ECS, S3, EC2, SNS/SQS, and CloudFront.
• Build serverless and microservices-based architectures.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, or Jenkins.

2. Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Create and manage infrastructure using CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud resources.

3. Security & Compliance

• Implement IAM roles, policies, security groups, and encryption mechanisms.
• Ensure applications adhere to AWS best practices for security, governance, and compliance.

4. Monitoring & Optimization

• Use CloudWatch, X-Ray, CloudTrail, and other tools to monitor system health.
• Optimize cost, performance, and reliability of cloud workloads.

5. Application Integration

• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with external/internal systems.
• Handle event-driven architectures using EventBridge, SNS/SQS, or Kinesis.

6. Troubleshooting & Support

• Debug cloud environment issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Provide support for production and non-production cloud environments.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹302,014.43 - ₹1,377,152.26 per year

Expected hours: 10 per week
