Laconic Ayurveda LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ayurveda Program Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and management of holistic wellness programs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Ayurveda, wellness education, and client care, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operations of Ayurveda wellness programs and therapies
• Schedule client consultations, treatments, and follow-up sessions
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience
• Assist Ayurveda practitioners in program planning and documentation
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Support marketing initiatives such as workshops, retreats, and wellness campaigns
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure seamless program delivery
• Monitor program outcomes and gather client feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Ayurveda, Wellness Management, or related field
• Prior experience in a wellness center, spa, or healthcare setting is preferred
• Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and treatments
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools
