Ayurveda Therapist

Job Summary:
The Ayurveda Therapist is responsible for delivering authentic Ayurvedic treatments and therapies in accordance with prescribed treatment plans and established wellness protocols. The role focuses on ensuring guest comfort, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting overall therapeutic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Ayurvedic therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Pizhichil, and other prescribed treatments.
• Prepare therapy rooms, oils, and equipment as per treatment requirements.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards strictly.
• Monitor guest comfort and report any concerns to the Ayurvedic doctor or supervisor.
• Maintain treatment records and ensure proper documentation.
• Support inventory control of oils, herbs, and therapy materials.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certification in Ayurveda Therapy.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in a wellness center, hospital, or resort).
• Knowledge of traditional Ayurvedic techniques and hygiene standards.
• Good communication skills and a guest-focused approach.
