Job Role: Ayurveda Consultant - Teleconsultation Services

Location : Bangalore (Bellandur) , 1 weeks training from office, Post training WFH.

Role Overview: We are seeking Ayurvedic doctors to join our dynamic teleconsultation team. As an Ayurvedic Doctor at Kapiva Ayurveda, you will be at the forefront of delivering expert Ayurvedic consultations, lifestyle advice, and personalized treatment plans to patients across the country via our digital platform.

This role is ideal for passionate Ayurvedic practitioners who are committed to leveraging their knowledge for the betterment of patient health while embracing tech to reach a wider audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive online Ayurvedic consultations with patients, including diagnosis, treatment, Suggesting Investigations, and follow-up advice.
2. Develop personalized treatment plans based on Ayurvedic principles, considering patient's health conditions and suggestive reports.
3. Offer lifestyle and dietary recommendations under Ayurvedic practices to help patients achieve optimal health.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with confidentiality and data protection laws
5. Handling BAU responsibilities like ensuring Standard SOPs are followed.
6. Participate in continuous learning and training to stay updated with the latest advancements in Ayurveda and telehealth for the benefit of the organization.
7. Collaborate with the teleconsultation team and contribute to the development of the platform by providing insights and feedback.
8. Assisting Market research teams with sharp insights into doctor <> patient consultation needs.

Requirements :

1. B.A.M.S. degree from a recognized Ayurvedic college.
2. Valid registration with a state or national Ayurvedic board/council.
3. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Ayurveda, with a strong understanding of Ayurvedic diagnostics and treatment protocols.
4. Freshers can apply for a 3-round selection process which the team performs for young talents.
5. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional Indian language.
6. Comfortable with using digital health platforms and technology for teleconsultation purposes.
7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with patients and build trust.
8. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
