Job Description – Ayurvedic Doctor (BAMS/BUMS)
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Ayurvedic Doctor (BAMS/BUMS) with a minimum of 1 years of clinical experience in OPD/IPD settings. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, herbal formulations, and therapeutic protocols to manage a wide range of health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients based on Ayurvedic principles and customized herbal formulations.
- Manage both OPD and IPD patients effectively.
- Provide treatment and management for:
- Diabetes (Sugar)
- Arthritis
- Hypothyroidism
- Joint Pain
- Bronchitis & Asthma
- Tuberculosis (TB)
- Insomnia
- Kidney Stones
- Gall Bladder Issues
- Liver Disorders
- Recommend and guide patients on Panchakarma treatments, diet plans, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare and Ayurvedic wellness practices.
- Conduct teleconsultations and video consultations as required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior teleconsultation experience.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Doctors with prior experience in prescribing in-house/company medicines and maintaining dedicated sales adherence will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Ayurveda (BAMS/BUMS) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 years of clinical/OPD/IPD experience (Ayurvedic clinic or hospital preferred).
- Proficiency in classical and modern Ayurvedic practices.
- Strong communication, patient-handling, and counseling skills.
- Ability to handle both physical and virtual consultations effectively.
