Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ayurveda Doctor (Female) to join our team at Shree Kriyas Ayurveda Hospitals, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

• Conduct patient consultations, diagnosis, and prescribe appropriate Ayurvedic treatments and medicines.
• Supervise in-patient (IP) and out-patient (OP) care with a focus on holistic healing.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide patient education on Ayurvedic lifestyle, diet, and preventive care.
• Oversee treatment staff and ensure adherence to medical protocols.

Branch Duties

• Act as the branch incharge, managing day-to-day hospital/clinic operations.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure discipline, punctuality, and service quality.
• Implement business and operational strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly Goals set by management.
• Coordinate with management for marketing, promotional activities, and local outreach programs.
• Ensure smooth inventory management of medicines, consumables, and hospital resources.

Eligibility & Requirements

• BAMS degree with valid registration.
• Minimum 5 years to 20+ years of experience in clinical practice/hospital management.
• Female candidates only.
• Must be fluent in spoken Tamil / should know spoken Tamil (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team and handle branch-level responsibilities independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
