Azure Cloud Architect

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to lead the design and execution of a major cloud migration initiative. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Azure architecture, migration strategies, and cloud governance, ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end Azure solutions for migrating on-premises workloads.
• Develop migration strategies for applications, databases, and infrastructure.
• Define landing zones, networking, identity, and security architecture aligned with the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current environments and create cloud adoption roadmaps.
• Implement HA/DR, compliance controls, and cost optimization measures.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure best-practice adherence across migration teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans.
• Stay updated on Azure technologies and market trends.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in cloud architecture roles.
• Proven expertise in Azure migration projects (IaaS, PaaS, applications, databases).
• Strong knowledge of Azure networking, security, identity, and governance.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Migrate, DMS, ASR.
• Familiarity with DevOps, IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and cloud cost management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Azure Administrator Associate
• Azure Security Engineer Associate
