Azure Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

Trasol Tech is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable enterprise cloud environments. The role involves Azure infrastructure, networking, security, AKS, and hybrid cloud operations, working closely with architecture, security, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure IaaS & PaaS solutions, including cloud migration and modernization
• Manage and support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and container platforms
• Implement and manage Azure networking and security architecture aligned with Microsoft best practices
• Configure and operate Azure security services: Defender for Cloud, Sentinel (SIEM), Azure Firewall, Key Vault, Application Gateway (WAF), Entra ID
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve connectivity, performance, and security issues in hybrid (on-prem + Azure) environments
• Collaborate with Cloud Architects, Security, and DevOps teams to deploy Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
• Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational runbooks
• Provide L3 support for critical incidents ensuring minimal downtime

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and cloud security
• Strong expertise in Azure Networking: VNet Peering, NSG, UDR, Load Balancers, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, Private Endpoints
• Hands-on experience with Azure Security Services: Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Azure Firewall, Key Vault, Conditional Access
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing & Switching, SD-WAN
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) using Azure AD / Entra ID
• Exposure to Azure Data & Analytics (Azure SQL, Synapse, Fabric, OpenAI) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform is an advantage
• Microsoft certifications (AZ-700, AZ-500, SC-200, SC-300) preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
