Job Description:
- Proven experience in leading multiple projects and managing cross-functional teams in the Azure integration domain.
- Strategic planning and execution of integration projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Provide leadership in implementing best practices for architecture, development, and deployment in Azure integration.
- Strong focus on stakeholder engagement and managing project risks, and timelines effectively.
- Ensure teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and training required for success.
- Oversee the design and delivery of REST APIs, Azure App Services, and cloud-native solutions.
- Lead efforts to improve processes and achieve operational excellence.
- Strong focus on compliance with security, governance, and industry standards, particularly in the Oil & Gas domain.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas, provide clear instructions, and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills: C#, .NET Core, Azure PaaS, Technical Leadership, Team Building, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Security Standards.
Good to Have Skills: Azure IPaaS (Azure Integration Services), Advanced Cloud Security, Cost Optimization Strategies, Agile Project Management.
