B-Level Automotive Technician / Mechanic (Full-Time)

Rudge Automotive Services is looking for a dependable B-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing team. We are a local family-owned shop with a steady workflow, a professional environment, and a strong reputation for honest, quality repairs.

We’re looking for someone with solid hands-on experience who can handle general repair and maintenance work, diagnose common mechanical issues, and work efficiently alongside our team.

Pay & Schedule

• $25–$35 per hour based on experience
• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• Paid holidays & PTO
• Consistent workload year-round

Responsibilities

• General automotive repair and maintenance
• Brake, suspension, steering, and exhaust repairs
• Engine performance and drivability diagnostics
• Use diagnostic scan tools and troubleshoot issues
• Perform inspections and identify needed repairs
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years automotive repair experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Own basic automotive tools
• Reliable and punctual
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and with a team

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certifications are a plus
• Experience in an independent repair shop
• Diagnostic experience preferred
• Welding/fabrication experience is a plus but not required
