B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer – Avionics Instructor (H145)

We are looking for experienced avionics professionals to deliver advanced training on the

Airbus H145 platform within a dedicated aviation training organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical training on avionics systems including electrical, navigation, communication, and instrumentation
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and fault diagnostics training sessions
• Develop and maintain training content, course materials, and technical presentations
• Conduct assessments, examinations, and competency evaluations of trainees
• Mentor trainees and provide technical guidance and performance feedback
• Coordinate and support training schedules and program delivery
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory standards and certification requirements
• Support quality assurance, audits, and accreditation activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs and methodologies
• Promote best practices in safety, system reliability, and avionics troubleshooting

Requirements

• Valid B2 Aircraft Maintenance License (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years experience on H145 / EC145 avionics systems
• At least 3 years as a Technical Instructor
• H145 type rating from an OEM-approved organization
• Instructor certification or equivalent training background
• Diploma in Avionics or related aviation program
