B2B Account Manager – UAE

Arabic Speakers Required | UAE-Based Only

We are hiring for a B2B Account Manager to join a growing team in the UAE.

This role is best suited to someone with 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, client servicing, or B2B operations , ideally within a SaaS or platform-based environment .

This is not a sales-focused role . The position will focus on:

• Managing day-to-day B2B client relationships
• Supporting onboarding and user engagement
• Handling reporting, data updates, and account coordination
• Acting as a key contact for operational support and client requests
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery

Requirements

• Arabic speaking is a must
• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Experience in customer success / account management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good Excel and admin/CRM system experience
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred backgrounds include SaaS, health tech, wellness, or employee benefits .
