B2B Appointment Setter USA Based (Night Shift)

Job Summary
Tusols Pvt Ltd is expanding its international outbound sales team. We are looking for an experienced, highly fluent Sales Development Representative (SDR) to hunt, qualify, and book appointments with B2B corporate clients in the United States market. This is a pure outbound cold-calling role operating on US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound cold calls to targeted US-based business decision-makers.
• Deliver sharp, concise product value propositions to overcome gatekeepers.
• Qualify corporate leads and book discovery meetings for senior executives.
• Maintain rigorous data discipline inside our pipeline CRM.

Strict Requirements

• Market Experience: Minimum 2+ years of direct experience cold calling the US/North American B2B market.
• Communication: Flawless English speaking proficiency with a neutral or near-native accent.
• Shift Compliance: 100% committed to the Night Shift (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT) long-term.
