Job Description
We are looking for a B2B Automotive Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing automotive group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships with corporate clients, agencies, fleet companies, dealers, and automotive-related businesses through outdoor and field sales activities.
This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in client meetings, and experience in B2B sales within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new B2B clients such as automotive agencies, dealers, fleet companies, rent-a-car companies, and corporate clients
- Conduct outdoor sales visits, meetings, and presentations to potential partners
- Promote company services including auto service, car care, detailing, PPF, wrapping, inspection, and automotive solutions
- Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with corporate clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, client visit reports, and pipeline updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery after closing deals
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive services and corporate sales processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and perform outdoor/field sales
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional attitude
