Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated B2B Business Developer to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client communication, and closing deals in the B2B sector, preferably in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through different channels.
- Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email outreach, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with lead generation, cold outreach, and client acquisition.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach tools.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international clients (US/UK markets).
- Background in IT services or software sales.
- Knowledge of proposal writing and sales presentations.
