Role Overview
As a B2B Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships with corporate clients, schools, and healthcare institutions. Your primary goal is to drive revenue by providing tailored uniform solutions that meet the specific branding and functional needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential B2B clients such as corporations, schools, hospitals, and hospitality groups.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR Managers, Procurement Officers, School Principals).
- Product Presentations: Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations showcasing our fabric quality, designs, and customization options.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare detailed sales proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close high-value contracts.
- Market Strategy: Collaborate with the internal team to develop marketing materials and targeted campaigns for specific industries.
- Order Coordination: Work closely with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery of bulk orders and high customer satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions in the CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the apparel, textile, or retail industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and negotiating with corporate stakeholders.
- Negotiation: Strong ability to handle objections and close complex deals.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-Motivation: A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently to meet or exceed sales targets.
Work Environment
- This role involves a mix of office-based work and travel to client sites for meetings and presentations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
