GrowLexi helps companies acquire new leads through omnichannel cold outreach. We send outbound emails, conduct LinkedIn outreach, send mass mailers and manage the top of the sales funnel for our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Configure new and update existing campaigns
- Build lists and maintain lists across multiple channels (Email, LinkedIn, Postage)
- Build, clean, and enrich B2B lead lists from Apollo, Clay, and similar tools.
- Use Google Sheets to structure, format and clean data
- Update lead status and attribution
- Tracking time for all tasks within clickup
- Additional details associated with the upkeep of our systems and data.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in English. Both written and verbal.
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp preferred, optional: Asana, Monday, etc.).
- Organized, able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Some knowledge of sales or lead generation. Including templates, sequences, and attribution.
- Comfortable learning new tools and processes.
- Comfortable designing and adhering to SOPs.
Extra Skills (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with outbound lead generation workflows
- Experience with APIs
- Previous experience working with enrichment tools and AI workflows
Hours & Pay
- Pay based on experience, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and tasks.
