B2B Client Solutions Specialist

We are a Texas based sales and business development firm focused on providing outreach and supporting growth for our clients in the Dallas region. We are looking for a personable and professional B2B Client Solutions Specialist to work with our clean energy clients and connect them with local business customers looking to upgrade their energy services.

The B2B Client Solutions Specialist will directly support revenue growth through consultative in-person sales techniques and effective customer service. Our clean energy clients allow local businesses to optimize their energy solutions and our cutting-edge B2B Client Solutions Specialist provides the link to help them reach their goals.

B2B Client Solutions Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage with local businesses through personalized in-person sales initiatives that promote our client’s full suite of energy solutions
  • Conduct an in-depth business needs analysis to uncover potential challenges, identify areas for improvement, and present tailored solutions to businesses
  • Recommend client provided energy products and services that align with customer needs
  • Strengthen sales presentations by maintaining current knowledge of the energy industry and our client’s advantages in the region including various renewable energy solutions, green power purchasing, renewable energy credits (RECs), carbon offset programs, and on-site generation consulting
  • Ensure performance targets are met by working with the B2B Sales Specialist team and sales representatives to improve sales success
  • Deliver consultative service by answering all customer questions and supporting the business’s management through the sales process

B2B Client Solutions Specialist Qualifications:

  • Clear, engaging communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or other people-facing roles
  • Proficient in leadership, client relations, and customer relationship management
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to draw on knowledge gained during B2B Sales Specialist training to answer business customer’s questions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation & Job Details:

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Earnings: Commission-Based**On average, representatives earn between $55,000-$65,000/year.
  • Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Approx. 45-50 hrs/week)Job Locations: Main office location and field locations in Grand Prairie and surrounding areas in Dallas County as assigned.

Clients & Products: Promote and sell BOX Energy’s electric services and sustainability initiatives to eligible business clients. Products and services include various renewable energy solutions, green power purchasing, renewable energy credits (RECs), carbon offset programs, and on-site generation consulting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
