B2B Cold Caller – Night Shift | Outbound Sales

About the Role:
100 Localz Pvt Ltd is hiring experienced and enthusiastic B2B Cold Callers to generate qualified leads for our US-based clients. In this outbound sales role, you will connect with decision-makers, introduce our services, and nurture interest to create sales opportunities. We are looking for candidates who are confident on calls, results-driven, and passionate about lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound B2B cold calls to business clients in the US market
• Present and promote company services in a clear and professional manner
• Identify, qualify, and record potential business leads accurately
• Schedule follow-up calls and transfer qualified leads to the sales team
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/lead targets
• Collaborate with team members to refine calling scripts and strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling, outbound sales, telesales(preferred)
• Excellent spoken and written English with a confident, persuasive tone
• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into leads
• Comfortable working during 7pm-4am
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or above
