Job Brief
Bauerfeind USA, Inc. is the U.S. subsidiary of Bauerfeind AG, a family-owned medical device company based in Germany. We are seeking an experienced B2B Content Manager. You will develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns to drive profitable growth and create higher brand awareness of Bauerfeind among U.S. orthopedic and pain management medical practices. Typical duties include creating compelling content such as articles, landing and product pages for our Bauerfeind online channels, designing and updating marketing materials within our Quality Partner Program, building email marketing funnels and lead campaigns as well as supporting local trade shows and meetings. Analyze trends and create reports to optimize strategies and outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Creates awareness of Bauerfeind’s expertise, products and services among health care providers and patients
- Designs and executes B2B marketing strategies and campaigns to drive profitable growth
- Creates compelling content for Bauerfeind’s B2B website, social media channels as well as email newsletters and direct mail campaigns
- Designs and updates marketing materials for medical marketing and sales rep support
- Is an integral part of our sales and marketing team and will collaborate closely with other departments in order to help achieve our business goals
- Analyzes product and customer trends and develops internal reports to support marketing & sales strategy
- Coordinates and attends trade shows as needed, manages leads and tracks follow-up activity
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/medical marketing, graphic design or related field required
- 3-5 years professional experience working in a marketing role; particularly in a B2B sports medicine marketing role is a plus
- Must be able to learn and present the medical and technical features of Bauerfeind’s products to the marketplace in a positive, clear, and distinctive manner
- Graphic design, photography and video editing skills required
- Superior communications skills (oral and written) with a concise, clear and compelling style
- Skilled in planning and project management; able to take an idea from concept to completion
- Strong interpersonal skills required; successful candidates must also be able to serve in a liaison role between cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Must be able to communicate complex information in a way that provides clear solutions to problems; critical thinking and sound judgment required
- Candidate must be highly organized and able to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated excellent computer skills required; strong preference for those with high degree of proficiency in Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc.) and with Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrates flexibility in a changing and fast-paced environment
- Exhibits sound judgment and takes the initiative to make reasonable decisions within the scope of the role
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in adapting to new technology and easily acquiring new technical skills
Compensation
- Annual Salary depending on experience, $70,000-90,000
